East of Varazze...

... there is the europa seafront, a one of a
kind promenade. In fact, this is a 5 Km flat
run entirely for pede- strians.
It goes as far as Cogoleto passing through
the enchanting mediterranean backwoods,
the dazzling scenery of the Piani d'Invrea in a
succession of unique and fascinating views
amidst the aromas of the essence of wood
and resins.
The costal strip where the famous white and black reefs can be admired is extremely picturesque.
The Europa seafront is for the most part paved, equipped with benches, children playgrounds, bar, bicycle run and, thanks to its tranquillity, it is particulary suited for a
stroll by elderly people and children,in addition, it is absolutely heavenly for fisher men and lovers of underwater photography. Another enchan ting pro menade can be f o u n d west of Varazze towards Celle Ligure.
A recently built promenade astride cliffs overlooking the little tourist port and the Aspera tip area to the side of the Via Aurelia. The tourist port, located west of Varazze,
can be easily reached because it is at the end of the palm tree promenade amid famous shipyards Baglietto and the Aspera tip. It can accomodate the landing of 300 sail or motor boats up to 40 m in length. It has confortable facilities on land, adequate stopping and parking areas.
